Shipping Policy

We take pride in offering a reliable and transparent shipping experience to all our customers. Once an order is confirmed, it is processed within 1 to 3 business days. All our products are open-box new and come directly from the Haier manufacturing facility, ensuring quality and authenticity. Each item is carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and shipping is carried out through trusted logistics partners. The shipping cost is chargeable and varies depending on the delivery location and item weight, which will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout. Once your product is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor the delivery status. Our team is always available to assist in case of any delivery-related concerns or delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Since all our products are open-box new and unused, we only accept returns in cases where the item is received in a non-functional condition. If you receive a defective or non-working product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper documentation, including photos or videos, to support your claim. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on product availability. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories and documentation for the return to be accepted. Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality, such as minor scratches or damaged outer packaging, are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange. We are committed to handling all return requests professionally and promptly to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.
