We currently offer paid delivery services. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and mode of transport. During checkout, you will be able to see the estimated delivery charges before making the final payment.

Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your geographical location and unforeseen logistical issues. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the shipping process.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate to avoid any delays. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
Shipping & Return Policies
All our products are open-box new items that come directly from the Haier manufacturing facility. These products are completely unused and undergo thorough inspection before being dispatched. After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time. We use trusted courier partners to ensure secure and prompt delivery.

Our return policy is limited to specific scenarios. Products can only be returned if they are found to be non-functional or defective upon delivery. In such cases, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear evidence of the fault. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Once the product is received and verified by our team, a replacement or refund will be processed, depending on product availability. Please note that superficial issues like minor scratches or packaging defects that do not affect the functionality of the item will not qualify for return.
Terms & Conditions
All products listed on our website are open-box new items that come directly from Haier and are completely unused. These products may have been removed from their original packaging for inspection or testing purposes but have never been used. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to verify the claim before processing any return or refund.
